I usually suggest we have 6 sessions initially but am happy to work with what is right for you. You may find that after the six (or even before) you have done what you needed, but if you want to continue with on-going work I am happy to continue to accompany you on your journey for as long as you need. There is no right or wrong here, everyone is different!
I am happy to offer both short and long term work.
